Villa Montalcino is een prachtige villa met een zwembad, klaar om jou voor een luxe vakantie in de Toscane te ontvangen. Deze bijzondere villa zorgt ervoor dat alle gasten een unieke, memorabele ervaring zullen hebben, gewaand in luxe. Deze mooie, karakteristieke villa met zwembad ligt aan de helling van het bekende stadje Montalcino. Gelegen in het prachtige Toscaanse landschap biedt deze villa een exclusief panorama uitzicht over het charmante landschap van Montalcino en Val D’orcia. Gasten kunnen genieten van zowel de natuurlijke bronnen als de historische en culinaire kenmerken van deze prachtige locatie in de Toscane.
Villa Montalcino beschikt over een mooi zwembad waar gasten hun vrijetijd kunnen doorbrengen. De grote tuin zorgt ervoor dat je kunt afkoelen in de warme seizoenen, terwijl de prachtige openhaard zorgt voor warmte en een knusse sfeer in de koudere periodes. Op de heuvels waar deze villa op ligt wordt de bekende “Brunello di Montalcino” wijn geproduceerd. Het mooie panorama uitzicht dat je hebt vanaf de villa reikt tot Montalcino en de omliggende heuvels. Een mooi, privé zwembad wacht de gasten op nadat ze dit unieke gebied hebben ontdekt.
Het huis dateert uit de 17e eeuw en deze werd getransformeerd in een karakteristiek landhuis met ruime buitenruimtes gevuld door vele bloemen en heerlijk ruikende planten. Dit huis wordt omringd door 3 hectare olijfgaarden.
Dit huis is een ideaal startpunt om de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in de Toscane te bezoeken (denk aan Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, San Gimignano, Florance en het Chianti streek).

De ingang komt uit in de woonkamer met een openhaard. Op deze verdieping vind je een tweepersoonskamer (met de mogelijkheid een extra bed toe te voegen) en een badkamer met douche.
Kelder:
De kelder kun je ook via buiten bereiken. Hier bevindt zich een woonkamer, een grote eetkamer met kitchenette (vaatwasser, oven en vriezer), een opslagruimte met een wasmachine en droger.
Eerste verdieping:
Hier bevindt zich een tweepersoonskamer met een eigen badkamer met douche. Een extra tweepersoonskamer (met de mogelijkheid een extra bed toe te voegen) en een eigen badkamer met bad.

We have stayed in Tuscany several times now, and this villa was absolutely the best!
Private, 5 minutes to Montalcino, and. Very central to visiting all other nearby cities.
The villa itself has a fantastic bedroom, kitchen, living layout, and the pool is spectacular! A special acknowledgment to Marianno ( the local caretaker) who is so kind and friendly, and so respectful of the guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. We will definitely be returning!

This property is absolutely stunning!! Gorgeous views from every single window. The gardens are beautifully maintained and Sara the owner was a pleasure to communicate with and takes tremendous pride in the house and property. The house has large windows that open to the beauty all around the hillside and valley. The pool area is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family of four. It had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for day trips to some of the surrounding towns like Sienna, Montepulciano, and Pienza. We took some longer day trips to the ocean at Castiglione della Pescaia and into Florence. The town of Montalcino where this house is located has many great restaurants and everyone is super friendly. We can't wait to come back again!! This week vacation was perfect.

Quintessential Tuscan experience with idyllic views. Villa is extremely well kept and convenient to tour Tuscany and it’s vineyards. A little challenging to locate on your first try, but we’ll worth the challenge. Hint: the turn to the villa is at the fire station

ein wunderschöner Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Gegend. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und das jeden Abend. Wir waren im engen Kontakt mit Sara, der Besitzerin, die uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt hat. Einfach die perfekte Gastgeberin. Mariano der Gärtner pflegt den Garten mit viel Liebe, das sieht man einfach.Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit jede Menge Geschirr, Besteck sowie alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird.Perfekt gepflegt, jeden Tag wird der Pool früh morgens von Mariano gereinigt.

The views of Montalcino and the Val D'orcia from the Villa and from the Pool Deck are unbelievable! This Villa is all about the views...from every window in the place! All of the amenities are adequate. There is NO air conditioning but we found the fans supplied along with leaving the bedroom windows open at night (very few bugs!) made it tolerable. We would stay here again and would recommend it highly to anyone else!

We recently returned from a 12 day Italian vacation that included a stay at this Villa in Montalcino. The Villa was perfect for 3 couples and the views are spectacular. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the living room and downstairs area are huge. The grounds around the Villa were very well manicured and we had fantastic weather and enjoyed the outdoors eating area(s) for appetizers and wine each night.
Montalcino was a great town and the Villa is ideally located for wine tasting and visiting neighboring towns. Sara was excellent to work with and answered all of our questions before and during the trip.
My only recommendation is better and more detailed directions coming from the South on the A1. The directions we were provided were most definitely not the most direct or quickest way.

"The house is located up hill with an amazing view over the valley. Waking up to the sunrise was just breathtaking. We had the best stay at the house. Sara and Mariano were the most helpful people, and they made our stay very pleasant. Mariano was often at the grounds to take care of the land. The house has a pool for warm days and a fireplace for darker nights and three bedrooms with three bathrooms and was good for our group of six. The house is in walking distance from charming Montalcino but you need guidance from the owner to find your way. I can definitely recommend a stay here. And I'm planing to come back when I visit friends in Montalcino

We spent two amazing weeks in Montalcino and everyone in our family truly enjoyed our stay. For sure this is one of the best places we've stayed at. We would definitely go again!
