Beschrijving
Mooie, onlangs gerestaureerde villa gelegen op een heuveltop met uitzicht over de stad Arezzo en de Chiana vallei. Dit landgoed is volledig omheind en bestaat uit de Villa Agazzi, het huis van de eigenaren en een sierlijk kerkje uit de 7de eeuw. Buiten is er voor de gasten een grote, goed verzorgde tuin met een prachtig en panoramisch gelegen privé zwembad. De villa is verdeeld in 4 appartementen die intern verbonden zijn en alleen samen verhuurd worden als 1 vrijstaande villa. Het interieur is comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Op de begane grond is er een grote portiek, ideaal om buiten te eten.
Beneden in de vallei loopt er een spoorlijn langs. Vanuit Arezzo zijn er treinverbindingen naar Florence en Rome.
De toegangsweg is niet geasfalteerd maar goed onderhouden.
Ter beschikking van de gasten: grote tuin, prachtig privé zwembad (onregelmatige vorm, ong. 16x8 m – min. diepte 1,2 m – max. diepte 3 m – zout-waterzuiveringssysteem - open van 01/04 tot 30/10), verwarmde hydromassageruimte op aanvraag en tegen betaling, gedeelte met bubbelbad, groot zonneterras met pergola en een huisje met kleedkamer, wc, 2 douches en een kleine keukenhoek, mooie portiek waar men buiten kan eten. Er is gratis WI-FI internet.
De eigenaren hebben een landbouwbedrijf en de olijfolie, wijn, balsamico azijn en likeuren kan men ter plaatse proeven.

Afstanden: Arezzo met allerlei winkels en treinstation 8 km, Civitella Valdichiana 16 km, Cortona 32 km, Montepulciano 50 km, de Val d’Orcia streek ligt binnen een straal van 50 – 80 km, Florence 80 km, Siena 80 km, Orvieto 90 km, Rome 220 km.
Extra faciliteiten: Schoonmaakservice beschikbaar op aanvraag tegen € 12,- /uur. De bedbank op de eerste verdieping is beschikbaar tegen € 150,- /persoon/week, betaling ter plaatse.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Agazzi per 3 notti durante il ponte del 1° maggio in 8 persone (4 coppie) ed è stata un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La villa è un posto da sogno: stupenda, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e super accessoriata, non manca davvero nulla. La pulizia è impeccabile, con lenzuola profumate che danno subito una sensazione di comfort e accoglienza.
La piscina è semplicemente meravigliosa, perfetta per rilassarsi, e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità dei teli a bordo vasca, un’attenzione in più che fa la differenza. La posizione è eccellente: immersa nella quiete più assoluta, lontana dal caos, ma al tempo stesso vicina a tanti punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Patrizia, padrona di casa gentile e sempre disponibile, ma con grande discrezione. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e non vediamo l’ora di tornare presto!

Amazing place to stay when visiting the Tuscan countryside. Perfect location to explore the Medieval towns in the area.
The villas is in great condition. The owners spend time to keep the place looking fresh. Each bedroom and bathroom were perfectly sanitized. We felt the comfort of home during our stay. There are 3 kitchens and all well equipped. Bedding and comfort of the beds were perfect. Each of the four bathrooms were equipped with the same features. Lots of attention to detail when this villa was remodeled. You are secluded on a beautiful country road. The gated entrance made you feel like you were the King of Arezzo. Patrizia was there to meet us and show us all the features of the property. We were afforded the privacy of being on an estate and if needed she was there to assist. Better than the pictures and reviews. I highly recommend this villa.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in Villa Agazzi. The Villa is beautiful, the views are truly spectacular and we had everything we could have needed. Patrizia was a super host, responded to everything really quickly and was so helpful when we lost our pram at the airport on the first day. We very much hope to be back!

The only way to sum up this Villa is: what a dream. The accommodation was so well equipped and spacious. The pool was immaculate and had views as far as the eye can see.
Patrizia was so welcoming, and even took our boys around the property to see the animals.
We had the most amazing stay here and will definitely be coming back.

We (2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids) spent a wonderful week in this Villa in October 2021.
The villa and especially the site and the views all around in the area of Arezzo are simply breathtaking! We had a warm welcome by the owner family who assisted us in every situation we needed them (Thank you Patrizia once more).
The villa with its surroundin olive plantations, some animals and even a little chappel is charming beyond words...
Arezzo is just 10 minutes away. When you are lying in the pool you have a view of Arezzo and you are even able to discover the cathedral and the Piazza Grande of the oldtown of Arezzo. In real it´s even better than the picures can tell.
The owner (Patrizia) offered to heat the smaller pool during our stay, so the kids enjoyed pool time even in the mid of october. When heated, the smaller pool ist warm as a bathtub....
The villa is well equipped with everything you need. A supermarket is 5 minutes away.
We will come back surely!!!!

Magnifique villa, conforme en tout point au descriptif. Situation idéale pour visiter Florence, Sienne et Rome. Les piscines sont exceptionnelles tant pour nageurs expérimentés que pour la farniente. Grande gentillesse et disponibilite des propriétaires. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

A beautiful old country house, as you would imagine in Tuscany! Spacious and rustic, with great garden and wonderful swimming pool. Very well located in the center of Tuscany. Really recommended.
