Villa Thea Mare Maistro is een nieuw gebouwd stenen pand van 115 m², gelegen op een heuvel net boven Palaiokastrítsa. De verhoogde ligging biedt een weids, open uitzicht waar de beroemde weelderige, groene heuvels van Korfoe direct overgaan in het diepe blauw van de Ionische Zee. Deze villa met 3 slaapkamers is ontworpen om een traditionele stenen buitenkant te combineren met een licht, eigentijds interieur en biedt een comfortabele en praktische uitvalsbasis. Omdat de accommodatie direct in de heuvel is gebouwd, verbindt een privélift de beveiligde parkeerplaats rechtstreeks met de ingang van de villa, wat bagagetransport en de dagelijkse toegang zeer eenvoudig en comfortabel maakt voor alle gasten.
The Pool & Outdoor Living
Het buitenterras is volledig gericht op het opvallende contrast tussen het groene landschap en het kustwater:
- The Private Pool: Een privézwembad van 6 x 3 meter op het met steen geplaveide terras, met uitzicht op het water en de omringende olijfgaarden.
- The Sun Deck: Uitgerust met ligbedden en parasols in bohemien-stijl om te ontspannen bij het zwembad terwijl u geniet van de levendige omgeving.

Interior Layout (115 m²)
Het interieur is voorzien van grote glazen deuren die veel natuurlijk licht binnenlaten en de levendige groene en blauwe vergezichten buiten perfect omlijsten. Het ontwerp maakt gebruik van strakke lijnen, warme houtaccenten en opvallende architectonische details zoals een blootgelegde stenen binnenmuur:
- Ground Floor: Gecentreerd rond een open woonkamer (met de prachtige stenen binnenmuur in het zicht) met een eethoek en een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken die wordt geaccentueerd door kleurrijke mediterrane tegels. Het slaapgedeelte op dit niveau omvat één tweepersoonskamer en een eigentijdse gastenbadkamer met een inloopdouche.
- First Floor: De bovenverdieping biedt plaats aan nog twee slaapkamers: een tweepersoonskamer met een eigen en-suite badkamer (met douche) en een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, die ook beschikt over een eigen en-suite badkamer (met douche).

Stunning villa which was appointed to a high standard both inside and out all details had been taken care of, by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The cleaning lady was wonderful and came in four times during our week long stay and was fantastic. The location is tremendous and the views are breathtaking from the infinity pool overlooking the bay below and sea beyond. Adonis was also really helpful and quickly responded to our questions with help and recommendations. A gorgeous property owned and run by an amazing team! We will be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Thea Mare Maistro. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our stay at the end of May. Although a new house, it didn't get too warm, but the aircon worked well when needed.
Endless hours were spent just admiring the view and cooling off in the pool.
The local village of Lakones was a short walk for supplies, with a few cafes, restaurants and a bar.
George's shop just down the road is a must for local products.
We also picked up some outstanding steaks from the owner, Adonis' butchers shop.
The house was spotless and the lovely cleaner was very helpful.
Would highly recommend the house for a relaxing holiday.

Das Haus von Adonis ist ein echter Goldschatz! Komfortabel eingerichtet, super bequeme Betten, zweckmäßige Küche mit Nespressömaschine. Das grossartigste ist jedoch zweifellos der grandiose Ausblick. Unsere Kinder fanden den Pool super.
Adonis ist leicht erreichbar und super aufmerksam.
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This is a stunning villa with outstanding view and a unique pool. Two restaurants are in short walking distance and the place is ideal for a family vacation. The host (Adonis) is extremely friendly and great with local recommendations. The place is actually even more beautiful than on the pictures!

We spent six unforgettable days at Villa Thea Mare Maistro in Lakones, and to say it exceeded expectations would be an understatement. There were five of us, and we were more than comfortable in the spacious, modern villa. The photos truly don’t do it justice—this place has the best view in all of Corfu. From the infinity pool to the ocean-facing balcony upstairs, every moment felt like a postcard. The host gave us excellent recommendations. He connected us with Billis Paleo Boat Rental, and we ended up on the water four days in a row. One night, we grilled with meats from his butcher shop just down the road. Every tip he gave made our stay better, and he treated us like family. The location was perfect—walking distance to Il Pozzo restaurant, George’s Shop (a fully stocked market), and Bakalokafenio café. The marina and shops were just a 5 min drive. A car is necessary due to the steep, narrow roads.

Simply amazing! That view….. Stunning! Villa was as listed and super clean. Our host was super friendly and communicated very well. We hated to leave but we will return and bring others. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful place.

Thank you for this fantastic stay. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. The view is simply breathtaking! The interior of the villa is beautifully done with superb taste and materials/fabrics and spotless clean. There is enough space for a family and by car it is only a short distance to supermarkets, a bakery and the most beautiful beaches. We would love to come back one day.

The villa is incredible nothing beats the view from that infinity pool. The property manager Adonis was a legend and he helped us with anything we wanted including booking dinners and a boat tour.

The villa is in pristine condition, tastefully decorated with separate air conditioning in every space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the three bathrooms are very well presented and functional. The infinity swimming pool is amazing, with stunning views. There is a bakery / cafe / mini mart within a 10 min stroll up the hill. Two very nice restaurants down the hill, one minute and five minute drive. The host is very friendly and helpful and responds to any requests quickly. This is a 5* villa, I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Thea Mare. The location is amazing. Central to everything on the island and the view is spectacular. Andoni who hosted us was extremely friendly and took exceptional care of us.. He arranged some dinner and tours for us and went the extra mile. The location is on a hill but you will find everyone is careful and respectful of each other so driving is not stressful. You may be apprehensive the first time up the driveway but it is well paved and we did not have any issues with it. The villa is very comfortable and charming. The views are unmatched!

We have spent 5 days there being with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was superb. Everything designed with a good taste and very good quality. Ideal for 6 persons. There is fantastic view from the swimming pool on the bay and open sea. The house has been well climatized so it was very pleasure shelter from the heat outside as in fact due to open exposition on the sun , there is really heat outside durring summer. Adonis, the owner of the villa is very nice guy , gives practical advises how to spend time nicely and really helpfull in arranging the boat or make reservation in fantastic restaurant down the house called IL Pozzo. We advise to make reservation with at least 2 days advance. In general , we strongly recommend the place for stay on Corfu Island. Tony

Superb villa in the peaceful Lakones, Corfu! We had a wonderful stay! Will definitely come back! The villa is a brand new, well equipped, beautifully designed and is located in one of the most beautiful areas in North Western Corfu! The view over Palaiokastritsa is breathtaking. Pool is perfect size and the view is great! Quiet village, must be mindful about that late at night as the neighbouring houses are pretty close. Beautiful view over the coast, perfect for chilling at the pool for sunset! Adonis, the owner, has done everything to accommodate all our needs so that we could make the most of our time in Corfu! And he gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and nearby activities! Everything was above our expectations! Better than the description and the photos

The Villa is designed with utmost attention to detail, plentiful with all one needs and more... to be absolutely spoilt, comfortable and looked after.
Our host Adonis made sure we always had what we needed and be sure to visit the family butchery !
Il Pozzo, around the cnr, down the rd has a unique menu, fantastic food, setting and hospitality.
