Ervaar de ware geest van het eilandleven in Votana House, een rustige villa in het weelderige landschap van Corfu, op slechts enkele minuten van het turquoise water van Avlaki. Ontworpen voor diegenen die dromen van het authentieke Griekse dorpsleven, is deze accommodatie gebouwd rond een privétuin vol zonlicht — een groen heiligdom waar u kunt ontspannen onder de mediterrane zon of kunt genieten van uitgebreide maaltijden in de buitenlucht, bereid op uw eigen barbecue. Met drie comfortabele slaapkamers voor maximaal 6 gasten, biedt Votana House een vredig, geborgen toevluchtsoord dat voelt als een echt thuis ver van huis.
Leven als in een Grieks Dorp
Het hart van Votana House is de uitgestrekte, gemeubileerde tuin. Of u nu in de schaduw luiert, vrienden uitdaagt voor een potje tafeltennis, of een vers feestmaal op de barbecue bereidt om te delen aan de buitentafel; de tuin is ontworpen voor het ontspannen, vrolijke tempo van het mediterrane leven. De villa is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om u onder te dompelen in de lokale cultuur:
• Sereniteit aan Zee: De kiezelstranden van Avlaki liggen op een schilderachtige wandeling van 600 meter, een rustige plek voor ochtendzwemmen en ontspanning aan zee.
• Dorpsverbinding: Hoewel de villa een rustige, privéomgeving biedt, ligt het charmante en levendige hart van Kassiopi — met zijn traditionele winkels en bruisende havenatmosfeer — op slechts 1,5 km afstand.
• Culinaire Verkenningen: Dompel uzelf onder in de lokale gastronomie door het nabijgelegen dorp Agios Stefanos (4 km) te bezoeken, waar u traditionele Griekse recepten kunt ontdekken in tavernes direct aan het water.

Votana House ligt op slechts enkele meters van Villa Dimitris. Hoewel elke villa volledig onafhankelijk is — met een eigen privézwembad en gemeubileerde tuin — worden ze gescheiden door een hek dat kan worden geopend als beide villa's samen worden geboekt. Dit maakt het duo een ideale keuze voor grote families of groepen vrienden die samen reizen en hun eigen ruimte willen behouden terwijl ze toch dicht bij elkaar verblijven.

The villa met more than our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. Eleni was very helpful and responsive also great for recommendations. We had an amazing 3 weeks staying at Votana house with our family including grandchildren between the ages of 10 months - 6 years. The outside areas are fantastic and the pools and surrounding area was beautiful. Eleni is lovely and was always available if needed with lots of useful information on the local area. The location was great, a short walk to a number of beaches and just 20 minutes walk into Kassiopi.

The fantastic oversized pool with a serperate shallow section made it ideal for our family travelling with a 2 year old. The villa is perfect for a 1-2 week stay and is looked after beautifully by the enourmously helpful Eleni. We can't thank her enough for all her local advice and kindness. It's very well located on the doorstep of Kassiopi, but the best kept secret of all, is the wonderful food at the Mythos taverna in the local village of Michelangelo.

Our stay at Votana House was perfect. The villa is situation in a beautiful secluded location. 2 mins from 2 beach side tavernas and 5 mins from the main town of Kassiopi, with a small shop 1 mins drive away. All of these amenities are walkable but this is Corfu so roads are steep in some parts. The villa was spotless and had everything you need, it is modern whilst traditional and the pool is the key selling point. It is very large and deep with a small children’s pool which was perfect for our 2 year old. It’s very well maintained and cleaned regularly throughout the stay! Eleni was very responsive and helped with local recommendations for larger super markets and areas to visit. She also changed towels during our 7 day stay and cleaned once. All in all a great family stay at a villa which is private and away from the hustle and bustle of Kassiopi, whilst still only a short drive away from an abundance of bars and restaurants at the bay, with smaller coves close by.

Beautiful villa, well maintained and equipped. Helena could not have been more helpful and friendly. Perfect size and layout for our family of 6 (3 adult couples). Pool was beautiful, big (and deep..)clean and so refreshing after relaxing in the beautiful Corfu sunshine. Perfectly located for local villages/towns (Avlaki and Kassiopi) and shops (all walkable). Car needed for other beaches and bigger supermarkets

The villa itself was perfect for 6 adults with plenty of room for a weeks stay and absolutely spotless. The villa was cleaned mid week, with new towels and sheets changed which was amazing. The pool was much bigger than most similar villas and was clean and warm and absolutely perfect. The villa is in walking distance to tavernas and the beach, and a short drive to bigger towns so a great location. They were able to accommodate a late check in, and were always responsive with any questions, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The owner could not have been more helpful - such a lovely lady. a glorious week in a lovely villa. we hired mopeds from the village and they were also so obliging - nothing was too much trouble for the local people a big thumbs up.

This property has a great location, easy access to Kassiopi and Avlaki by foot and lots of other gems either by boat or car along the coast. The pool is stand out - great deep end for dives.

We had a fantastic holiday in Votana house, a relaxing time was had by all. Eleni was a fantastic host. The gardens are beautiful and there is wildlife in abundance, the dragonflies will land on your fingers!!. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, the bathrooms are lovely with plenty of hot water and the star is the enormous swimming pool which was the perfect temperature. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Le lieu est situé non très loin du village de Kassiopi qui est très sympathique. La villa est toute équipée (lave-vaisselle, climatiseur, wifi, télévision,…). La maison est très spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est parfaite. La communication est parfaite également. Nous avons eu des recommandations de restaurants et de différents endroits à aller voir et tout était très bien. Je recommande cette villa pour vos vacances à Corfou, nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

If you're thinking of going away with young children (ours were 2 and 4) then Villa Votana is the place for you.! We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Votana and are looking at re-booking! We went away with 3 generations of family, grandparents, kids and grand children and the whole holiday was super flexible! The villa and garden were very well maintained, spotless and located close to the beach. The swimming pool was great for the children and adults alike. Elena was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Nice villa. Near to two tavernas (although these were closed when we stayed, as out of season). Great communication from the host Eleni for recommendations. You need a car for this villa even during peak season although we were happy to walk to Kassiopi which was 30 minutes each way!

This villa is beautiful. I would highly recommend, and I believe we would go back as a family. The villa is very well maintained, the lovely landlady is on hand should you have any issues or need any advice or recommendations for the area. The villa is in walking distance to a few pebble beaches and two tavernas. The three bedrooms all have excellent air conditioning, washing machine in one of the bathrooms which makes holiday laundry a thing of the past. All in all a perfect villa to rent. We rented a car to get around which was good.

Wonderful secluded villa within walking distance to some lovely beachfront restaurants. All on one level so perfect with 2 small children. The property was very well kept, the pool was delightful. Eleni was extremely helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to little bay with a couple of Tavernas about 10 mins and then 25 mins into Kassiopi.

Absolutely loved it. Stayed with the wife and two daughters (2 and 4 yrs). Villa had everything you need and the pool area was gorgeous. The little pool was spot on for the youngest. Surrounding area had everything you need. We had a car and made the most of the island. Would thoroughly recommend.

Villa Votana met all of our expectations and more! It was clean, well equipped and in a peaceful location. Helen the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Avlaki Beach is definitely a must see for snorkelling and lunch at Cavo Barbera.
Kassiopi is a 20 min walk and well worth a visit to sit overlooking the harbour and drinking in the view.

Brilliant Villa, the host Eleni was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Be prepared to walk as Kassiopi is about 20 min walk but pleasant, overall 5 out of 5.

Beautiful setting, Votana is on the outskirts of Kassiopi, close to a number of beaches and everything the town and port has to offer. The villa is spacious, clean had everything we needed for self catering for the week. The pool is a great size for a family, we were able to make use of the bbq as well. The owner was next door, was so kind and a mine of information about getting about and places to go. It was just the break we needed.

The villa we stayed in has a great location near to Kassiopi and walkable to a choice of pretty beaches. The villa is well equipped, very well maintained and customer service was excellent all round. The pool is amazing! Many thanks to Helen for very useful local information and for making us feel so very welcome in her lovely villa. We would love to return some day! Posarelli Villas provided great customer service, and made the booking process very straightforward.
