ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING
Mooie villa met privé zwembad gelegen in een groot park aan de voet van de heuvel waar Cortona gelegen is, een prachtig stadje dat stamt uit Etruskische tijden. Het huis werd gebouwd in de 16de eeuw en is comfortabel ingericht met tevens enige antieke meubelstukken.
Buiten veel ruimte met park, groot zonneterras bij het zwembad en mooie schaduwrijke gedeeltes met eeuwenoude bomen.
Korte ongeasfalteerde toegangsweg in goede staat.
Afstanden: Camucia met allerlei winkels en treinstation 1 km, Cortona 3 km, Arezzo 25 km, Siena 45 km, Perugia 45 km, Florence (vliegveld) 100 km.
Ter beschikking van de gasten: grote tuin met zwembad voor het alleengebruik van de gasten (12 x 6 m – min. diepte 1,2 m – max. diepte 2,4 m – open van 01/05 tot 30/09), zonneterras met ligbedden, parasols, tafeltjes en prieel.
Park met tafels en stoelen.
Parkeerplaats op het terrein.
Extra faciliteiten ter plaatse te betalen: Babybedje beschikbaar tegen € 25,- / per week. Hulp in de huishouding beschikbaar op aanvraag (€ 15,- / uur).
Wasmachine in aparte ruimte te gebruiken tegen € 6,- / per was. Mooie gemeenschappelijke zaal met eettafel voor 8 personen, keuken (oven, diepvriezer, vaatwasser) te huren tegen € 30,- / per dag.

| wonderful experience for the whole family. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of room, and the atmosphere is second to none. Very well kept throughout. The landlady is a very pleasant person and the whole booking and checking out very well organized. I highly recommend it |

| we found Villa Elisa very accomendating for our family of 9, It was a great location and easy access to the train in Camucia and to Cortona.There were a few small issues, ie american coffee pot was not so good,a few times the hot water would come and go,and the past thru bedroom was difficult.but the gardens, pool and outdoor eating was awesome!!!,we loved drinking our morning coffee outside. one night we fixed an italian style dinner and ate on the big outdoor table. The owner did not speak any english so it was a bit of a challenge when we checked in,however in looking back thats what made our vacation so wonderful. new and different surroundings, kind people, great food and wine.
