ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING
Mooi vrijstaand huis met zwembad, gelegen in de Toscaanse heuvels met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels en de torens van San Gimignano in de verte. Dit onlangs gerestaureerde huis ligt op een groot landgoed (10.000 vierkante meter) met olijfbomen en wijngaarden.
Het zwembad ligt ca. 20 m van het huis en wordt gedeeld met de eigenaren (als ze aanwezig zijn). Het huis heeft een mooie, goed onderhouden tuin.
Casa Lucia heeft 2 etages (beide met toegang naar buiten) en biedt gezellige, mooi ingerichte interieurs.
De locatie is ideaal voor gasten die rust zoeken, maar ook de stadjes in Chianti willen bezoeken zoals Castellina, Radda, Greve en Gaiole .
Afstanden: Tavarnelle met diverse winkels 2 km, San Gimignano 20 km, Florence (luchthaven) 33 km, Siena 39 km, Pisa (luchthaven) 95 km, Lucca op 105 km.
Ter beschikking van de gasten: grote ingerichte tuin (ideaal om al-fresco te dineren), panoramisch gelegen zwembad met jacuzzi gedeelte (13 x 6 m - min. diepte 1,3 m - max. diepte 2,1 m - open van 01/06 tot 30/09) wordt gedeeld met de eigenaren, buitendouche (alleen koud water) en een barbecue.
Parkeren op het terrein.
Extra faciliteiten: Babybedje (gratis).Huishoudelijke hulp beschikbaar op aanvraag (€ 12, - / per uur ter plaatse te betalen).
U kunt diverse producten welke ter plaatse geproduceerd worden (wijn, olijfolie, "vinsanto") kopen op het landgoed.

| We spent five weeks at Casa Lucia from end of May to end of June 2011 and loved every moment of it. The villa is fitted with everything you need, the large pool is great and the view over the valley is stunning, the location very quiet but central, from where we explored to fantastic Chianti region everyday. To come back to this tranquil place after a busy day exploring was always a highlight. Nearby Tavarnelle is a charmning town with all the ameneties you need. |

My family and I stayed at Casa Lucia last October and we loved it. The views are absolutely incredible, from the house and from the beautiful pool. On a clear day we could see the towers of San Gimignano! The house itself is very comfortable- there are many windows and lots of light, the beds are new, there is plenty of space and the house is very clean. We spent a lot of time just lounging by the pool but it was easy to go into Florence by bus, and we drove to San Gimignano and Siena with no problems.
The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us some great restaurant recommendations and were always happy to answer our questions. They make olive oil and wine right from their property, make sure to taste some. We highly recommend Casa Lucia, we dream about going back and staying again! |
