ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING
Oud, historische paleis gelegen in het centrum van Lucca, op een steenworp afstand van de "Fillungo", een mooie centrale straat met prachtige winkels en bars. Dit gebouw is onlangs gerestaureerd en beschikt over 3 stijlvolle en gezellige appartementen die van alle moderne gemakken zijn voorzien.
De oude stadsmuren rondom het centrum (4,2 km lang) zijn vlakbij en bieden de mogelijkheid om mooie wandelingen en fietstochten te maken (fietsen zijn te huur in de omgeving). Het kustgebied van Versilia met prachtige stranden en gerenommeerde restaurants en bars bevindt zich op 30 minuten rijden.
Afstanden: het centrum van Lucca ligt slechts op een paar meter afstand, Pisa (luchthaven) 20 km, Montecatini (met een wellness-centrum en een 18-holes golfbaan) ca. 30 km, Viareggio (met mooie stranden) 25 km afstand, Forte dei Marmi (met grote stranden en een 18-holes golfbaan) ca. 30 km, Florence (vliegveld) 70 km afstand.
De regio "Cinque Terre" is ca. 90 km verder.
Tot beschikking van de gasten: beide units zijn voorzien van een wasmachine, afwasmachine, satelliet televisie (LCD), WI-FI internet en lift.

| The Palazzo Rugiada was wonderful. Centered in the heart of Lucca. It was spacious and warm. It had all the updated accomodations with with a little medieval historu mixed in. We hope to come again. |

This is a delightful, large, well equipped apartment in a newly renovated building with a wonderfully helpful owner who greeted us warmly and kicked our stay in Lucca off to a great start. The pictures available on line depict the apartment accurately. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Conveniently located in walking distance to everything. Highly recommended

Palazzo Rugiada (Rugiada 1) was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Lucca. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and located close to the market, restaurants, sites and parking garage. Rita and Rugiada were so warm and welcoming. They could not do enough for us. I would hope that when people visit the USA we treat them as warmly and wonderfully as we were received in Lucca!
