ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING Mooie vrijstaande villa met tuin in het dorp Camucia, op enkele kilometers van het schitterende middeleeuwse stadje Cortona. Het huis is in typische stijl uit de 19de eeuw en is elegant en comfortabel ingericht. De tuin om het huis is zeer verzorgd en geheel omheind voor optimale privacy. Afstanden: het centrum van Camucia met allerlei winkels en treinstation op loopafstand, Cortona 3 km, Perugia 45 km, Siena 80 km. Het meer van Trasimeno ligt op slechts 15 km. Ter beschikking van de gasten: grote tuin met tafels, stoelen en parasol. Zwembad voor het alleengebruik van de gasten (5,50 x 3 meter; diepte min. 1 m, max. 1,50 m; open van 1/5 tot 30/9). Wasruimte in een aparte kamer. Parkeerplaats op het terrein. Extra faciliteiten: Kinderbedje gratis beschikbaar. Hulp in de huishouding beschikbaar tegen € 15,- / per uur. My two daughters and I were very impressed with Lucia and Enrico's family home and it was lovely to hear about the history of Primula. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful insisting on picking us up at the Station and returning us there after our time there. It would have been lovely to have been able to stay longer but our time was limited. The property was clean and inviting with lovely outdoor gardens where we could relax. The roses were just coming into bloom and we could imagine how lovely it would look when in full bloom. The shopping centre and banking were close by. We took a bus trip to Cortona which was most enjoyable. Please thank Lucia and Enrico for allowing us to stay in their wonderful family home.
